Where do you photograph? On location, across the greater Tampa Bay area. We choose a location with you that fits your style and the light, such as a park, waterfront, downtown street, or your home or workplace. We do not use a studio.

How much does a session cost? Headshots start at $395, portraits at $595, fitness at $695, maternity at $695, bridal at $895, and aerial sessions at $395. Each category has three levels, and the Pricing page shows exactly what each includes.

How do I book? Choose “Book a Session” at the top of any page, or message us on Instagram, Facebook, or by email at shapeyourphotography@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours, confirm a date, and send a short agreement. A retainer holds your date.

How far in advance should I book? We recommend two to three weeks ahead, and four to six weeks around the holidays. Sessions are scheduled by appointment, mostly on weekends and at golden hour.

What should I wear? Solid, mid-tone colors such as navy, olive, and burgundy photograph beautifully. Skip tiny patterns and large logos. Bring one backup outfit and steam or iron the night before. We will send a short guide once you book.

How long is a session? Headshots usually take 30 to 45 minutes. Portrait, couple, and family sessions take about 60 minutes. Your session level determines the exact time.

When will I get my photos? Your private online gallery is delivered within 14 days. Holiday and peak-season sessions may take slightly longer, and we will tell you when you book.

What if it rains? We watch the forecast and let you know by the morning of your session. If conditions are not safe or bright enough, we move your session at no charge.

Can I use the photos for my business? Yes. Business headshots include a license for professional profiles, your website, and LinkedIn. Advertising and print campaigns need a separate commercial license. Ask us and we will quote it.

Do you retouch the photos? Every image is edited for color, exposure, and skin tone. Light blemish retouching is included. Heavier retouching is available as an add-on.

Can you photograph children and families? Yes. Families are welcome, and a parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18.

Do you offer drone photography? Yes, aerial sessions start at $395. Flights follow FAA rules and local property regulations, and we confirm where we can legally fly before booking.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept major cards and bank transfers. A retainer is due at booking, and the balance is due at the session.

What is the 2026 SHAPE Portfolio Project? A limited set of complimentary on-location sessions that we will offer this fall to create fresh portfolio work. Participants will receive a session and 7 edited images and give permission for us to feature them. Applications for this round will close 11/08/2026. Paid sessions are open.
